Tim Livesay | Chief Executive Officer

 Tim Livesay is the Chief Executive Officer for Suburban H@H. With over 35 years of experience in healthcare management and business development, Tim is dedicated to driving innovation and growth in the industry. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and taking his Corvette for a drive. 

Brittany Kriech | Director, Human Resources Operations

Brittany joined Suburban Home Health in 2015 as the Director of Human Resource Operations, bringing over 15 years of experience in HR management. She is dedicated to creating a supportive workplace where associates feel valued and empowered to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients across central Indiana. She holds a degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Outside of work, Brittany lives in Pendleton with her family and enjoys watching her son play sports, traveling, camping, and hiking.

Marc Adamson, PT | Home Health Administrator/Executive Director

With over 20 years of experience in the home health industry, Marc has served as the Executive Director of Suburban Home Health since 2012. Under his leadership, the organization has grown significantly, now serving more than 1,100 patients across 25+ counties in Indiana. This success reflects a strong team and supportive culture focused on delivering exceptional patient care. Outside of work, Marc is a proud parent of three and enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling.

April Stillinger, RN | Hospice Administrator/DON

April Stillinger is a graduate of Knightstown High School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Anderson University. She began her career as a Labor and Delivery Nurse before transitioning to hospice care with Suburban Hospice (formerly Hancock Regional Hospice) in 2014. In 2024, she stepped into the role of Administrator at Suburban Hospice. April is married to David Stillinger, and they are passionate Colts and Pacers fans. She has a son, Gavin, and daughter-in-law, Caylie, as well as two bonus sons, Josh and Jordan. She is a proud nana to two granddaughters, Noelle and Lorelei, and shares her home with five beloved fur babies: Baxter, Harley, Harper, Foster, and Huxley.

Jene Winchester | Director, Business Development & Growth

 Jene' Winchester, Director of Business Development and Growth, boasts over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. With a particular passion for home health, she is dedicated to providing exceptional care that enhances patients' quality of life and longevity. Outside of her professional endeavors, Jene' enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and hiking, embracing nature and creating lasting memories together. 

James Lee, PT | Director, Business Operations

James Lee serves as the Director of Business Operations at Suburban. With 30 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in both clinical and administrative roles, he is passionate about leading the operations team to create a strong support system that enables the clinical team to perform at its best. At home, James enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children.

Julie Niehoff, RN | Director, Clinical Operations

 With over 35 years of nursing experience, Julie Niehoff has served as Director of Clinical Operations for Suburban Home Health, a division of Suburban H@H, for the past three years. Since joining Suburban Home Health in 2008 as a Case Manager, she has been dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Outside of work, Julie cherishes time with her family, especially her eight grandchildren, all under the age of seven.

Jennifer Jackson | Director, Patient Care Services

Jen Jackson is the Director of Patient Care Services at Suburban Hospice,  

with 15 years of experience as a hospice social worker, Jen Jackson is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients and their families. She is passionate about fostering a compassionate environment while supporting a healthy work-life balance for staff. Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and son.

Katherine Murray | Director, Supportive Care Services

Katherine Murray, M.Div., serves as the Director of Supportive Services. She is a hospice chaplain, bereavement coordinator, and volunteer coordinator, providing compassionate care and guidance to patients and their families. In addition, she supports the Staff Wellness Initiative for Suburban Health at Home. Katherine has been a chaplain since 2005 and has served as the pastor of Noblesville Friends, a Quaker meeting, since 2017.

Jesse Clouse | Director, Information Technology Services

Jesse Clouse is the Director of Information Technology at Suburban Health at Home, with over 15 years of experience in healthcare and technology. He is dedicated to leveraging emerging technologies to equip his colleagues with the tools they need to deliver high-quality in-home care. Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and coaching both football and rugby.

Melody Baughman, PT | Rehabilitation Manager

Melody E. Baughman is the Rehabilitation Manager at Suburban Home Health, with 39 years of experience in Physical Therapy, including 30 years with the agency. She is known for her positive, caring, and empathetic approach to both patients and employees. Outside of work, Melody enjoys working out, reading, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Dana Moses, RN | Regional Nurse Manager

Dana Moses is the Regional Manager for the North Territories of SHH. With 20 years of experience in home care, including eight in management, she is committed to maintaining excellence in patient care while fostering a supportive environment for employees. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughters and planning her next beach vacation.

Ben McKenney, RN | Regional Nurse Manager

Ben McKenney is the Regional Nursing Manager at Suburban H@H, with over a decade of experience in healthcare management. He is committed to delivering positive patient outcomes while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for his team. Outside of work, Ben enjoys fishing and takes great pride in supporting his three daughters in their many activities.
